Service Terms

These Service Terms (the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the website Singtel Trading and the AI trading platform together referred to as the "Service", operated by Singtel Trading Inc. ("Singtel Trading", "we", "us" and "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally enter these Terms. Access is unavailable where applicable law prohibits the Service.
2. Opening an Account
Full access requires an account with information that is accurate, up to date and complete. You must protect your sign-in details and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, notify us promptly at if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or participate in abusive or fraudulent activity.
3. Service Scope and Restrictions
Singtel Trading offers AI-based market analysis, trading signals and, where enabled, automated order execution through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is supplied for information and analysis.
- Singtel Trading does not hold, safeguard or administer your money. Your capital remains in the brokerage or exchange account you control.
- Where supported, the Service connects to a broker through API credentials with read and execution permissions. Those credentials do not permit fund withdrawals.
- Historical results from a strategy or signal do not predict what may happen in the future.
- Every form of trading carries loss risk, including the risk that you lose your original capital.
4. No Investment Guidance
Nothing made available through the platform Singtel Trading is financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. Signals and analytics are informational only. Seek advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser before deciding to invest or trade. Singtel Trading is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and Billing
Certain features are available only with a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Applicable taxes are additional and remain your responsibility. Plans are paid in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted Use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to an applicable rule or regulation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the platform source code.
- Deploy automated tools to scrape, crawl or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or use any portion of the Service commercially without our prior written permission.
- Damage, interrupt or impair the Service, its operation or the infrastructure supporting it.
- Manipulate markets, trade ahead of others or undertake conduct that breaches financial rules.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All materials, software, algorithms, marks and confidential know-how supplied through the Service belong exclusively to Singtel Trading or its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership interest in that material. Use of our marks or logos requires prior written approval.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Singtel Trading DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability Limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Singtel Trading SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED THAT SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE SUM YOU PAID TO Singtel Trading DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Your Indemnity Obligations
You agree to reimburse, defend and protect Singtel Trading and its officers, directors, staff and representatives against all claims, obligations, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal expenses) resulting from or connected with your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Ending the Agreement
You can close your account through its settings or by contacting . We may suspend or end access without delay after a breach of these Terms. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service stops immediately, and account information may be removed in line with the Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Resolving Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singtel Trading, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes connected with these Terms will first be referred to binding arbitration in SG under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also pursue claims in their competent local courts.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will receive at least 14 days' notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
